Yes, and my current wait time is only two weeks!

FAQ

What do you need from me?

Either a photo that you'd like to base it on, or a description of what you're desiring. I ask for a 50% down payment (non-refundable) in order to secure your place and pay for materials.

How do you accept payment?

I can accept Venmo (@ElenaTravels), or Paypal or Zelle (elenatchal@gmail.com).

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds, it's my belief that if you are hiring me, you are already well acquainted with my style. That being said, if you are unhappy with an aspect or wanting a major change, please let me know and I'll try my best to accommodate.

How much is shipping/ do you ship internationally?

Shipping a large painting is around $180 - $300 through UPS. At this time I am not offering international shipping, but possibly in the future.

What if I want to request a change?

I will send you several progress shots along the way, and you have the option to request changes if you'd like. I want you to be happy and will do my best to work with you.

What is your process like?

First I will ask you questions to get a clear idea of what you're looking for. I think this is the most important part because it hones in on what is really important. Then I will brainstorm and sketch out the project, and send you the concept/sketch for your approval. Once that step is complete, I start work on the final piece, and send you two to three updates throughout the process. Probably with lots of exclamation points, because I get to do what I love!

I'm feeling unsure about such an investment, do you offer any guarantee?

I do not offer a guarantee, but I do my utmost to ensure a good experience. I will also provide a written contract before starting that outlines the scope, terms, and pricing to ensure a positive transaction for both of us.

Who handles framing and delivery?

If you are local to western WA, I can deliver to you for a small fee around $40. If the artwork needs to be shipped, I will let you know the shipping cost. Your art will be framed and equipped with hanging hardware, ready to go up on the wall.
